Wicked Tales Studio Please read carefully. Booking a session confirms your agreement to these terms.
Late Arrivals
Clients have a 15-minute grace period from their scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be cancelled without refund or reschedule. This is to ensure fairness to other clients and to respect the photographer’s time and schedule.
Running Late?
If something comes up, please contact us before your session start time via email or social media. Even a quick message can help us make accommodations where possible.
❌ No-Shows: If you do not arrive and do not contact us within the 15-minute grace period, you will be considered a no-show. In this case: - Your session is forfeited - No refunds or reschedules will be offered - A new booking and payment is required to rebook
Payment Plan Terms & Conditions
At Wicked Tales Studio, I offer flexible payment plans to make your session more accessible. You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, with plans available for up to 12 payments. All payments must be made via bank transfer, and are due on Fridays unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
If you're unable to make a payment on time, please reach out before the due date. I offer a one-week leniency period, but only if you've contacted me in advance. If a payment is missed without notice, I’ll be in touch within 3 to 5 days. If that payment still hasn’t been made by the end of that day, your session will be cancelled.
If your session is cancelled due to missed payments or lack of communication, all payments made up to that point will be classed as non-refundable. This includes any instalments paid toward holding your session date, covering studio hire, or preparation costs.
Your session is only confirmed once your first payment has been received. Payment plans must be paid in full before your scheduled session unless we’ve made another arrangement. You may reschedule your session once with at least 7 days' notice, as long as your payments are up to date.
By entering into a payment plan with Wicked Tales Studio, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you have any questions or need to adjust your payment frequency, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Deposit Policy
All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your total session fee and guarantees your time slot. If the deposit is not received within the agreed time frame, your booking may be released.
Image Delivery & Edits
Final images will be delivered via an online gallery within 4–8 weeks of your session. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee. All edits are final—additional retouching requests may incur ex
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Because sessions are often booked 6–12 months in advance, all bookings are subject to the following policies. Please read carefully before securing your session.
Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. This retainer compensates for reserving your date and turning away other enquiries.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session once, provided notice is given at least 60 days prior to the scheduled session date. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 90 days of the original booking. New dates are subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 60 days of the session may not be accommodated. Sessions are non-transferable to another person.
A rescheduling fee may apply for bookings moved after an extended period.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the session will forfeit the retainer.
Any additional payments made may be converted to studio credit, valid for 6 months, at the photographer’s discretion.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the session are not eligible for refunds or credit.
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
Failure to attend your session without notice, or cancelling on the day of your session, will result in the forfeiture of all payments made. No reschedule or credit will be offered.
Illness & Emergencies
In the case of a genuine emergency (such as illness, injury, or extreme weather), a one-time reschedule may be offered at the photographer’s discretion. Documentation may be requested. No refunds will be issued.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered as a convenience and are non-refundable. Missed payments may result in cancellation of the session and forfeiture of all payments made. Images will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
